We will be working on releasing tightness in the feet, hips and shoulders through a combination of gentle yoga, myofascial stretching and myofascial ball techniques! Myofascial work relieves aches, increases circulation and reduces stress. The gentle sustained stretching prompts tissue to change its viscosity allowing it to release.
