Yoga for Bone Health

Yoga for Bone Health starts on October 16, 2018 at 9am! This four week course is especially beneficial for students with osteoporosis and/or osteopenia. Be ready to practice anatomy informed Hatha Yoga. In these four classes we will gain an understanding of which poses are valuable for strong and healthy bones and practice proper body mechanics. We will also integrate breathing techniques and meditation into our yoga practice!
